The rear rotor blade comprises a root (3) rotating in the rotor hub (4E) enabling the blade to rotate around its pitch axis (P-P). A torsionally deformable resilient fastener attaches the root to the hub. The blade root is hollow so as to comprise an internal cavity (12).
