<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution by which simple measures can be taken against static electricity in an active matrix substrate having two wiring systems. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of scanning signal lines, a plurality of first auxiliary capacitance wiring patterns and a plurality of second auxiliary capacitance wiring patterns are extended in a first direction. A plurality of display signal lines, a first auxiliary capacitance main line and a second auxiliary capacitance main line are extended in a second direction.
