<p>A composition comprising (A) at least one nickel complex pigment and (B) at least one disperse dye of formula (1) or (2) wherein R<SUB>1 </SUB>is hydrogen, hydroxy or a radical -NHCO-R<SUB>6 </SUB>wherein R<SUB>6 </SUB>is C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>alkyl or unsubstituted or C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>alkyl- or halo-substituted phenyl, R<SUB>2 </SUB>is hydrogen, hydroxy or a radical W-R<SUB>7 </SUB>wherein W is -NHCO- or -S- and R<SUB>7 </SUB>is C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>alkyl or unsubstituted or C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>alkyl- or halo-substituted phenyl, R<SUB>3 </SUB>is hydrogen, R<SUB>4 </SUB>is hydrogen or hydroxy, R<SUB>5 </SUB>is hydrogen, or R<SUB>3 </SUB>and R<SUB>4 </SUB>together form the radical of formula wherein the rings A and B, independently of one another, may carry further substituents, R<SUB>8 </SUB>is hydrogen or -CO-C<SUB>2</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>alkyl wherein the C<SUB>2</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>alkyl radical may be substituted by carboxy, or a radical wherein R<SUB>11 </SUB>is hydrogen, C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>alkyl, hydroxy, carboxy or halogen, R<SUB>12 </SUB>is hydrogen, C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>alkyl or halogen and R<SUB>13 </SUB>is hydrogen or C<SUB>2</SUB>-C<SUB>3</SUB>alkyl or, when R<SUB>10 </SUB>is halogen, R<SUB>13 </SUB>may be methyl, R<SUB>9 </SUB>is hydrogen or halogen, R<SUB>10 </SUB>is hydrogen or halogen, and n is a number 0, 1 or 2, with the proviso that R<SUB>9</SUB>, R<SUB>10</SUB>, R<SUB>11</SUB>, R<SUB>12</SUB>, and R<SUB>13 </SUB>are not all simultaneously hydrogen, is suitable for the dyeing or printing of semi-synthetic or synthetic hydrophobic fiber materials and in the production of colored plastics or polymeric color particles.</p> |
