The annular track (12) is coated with wear plates (14) on the internal surface of which are one or several rollers (16). The wear plates (14) have a concave internal working face whose form corresponds to that of the track rolling surface. The plate external support faces are plane and the part of the grinder body (10) supporting the track (12) has an internal prismatic surface (30) on which they (14) rest. The prismatic surface is formed on wedges (30) on the internal surface of the grinder body and has an external cylindrical face, of the same radius as the grinder body internal surface, and a plane external surface.
