A prefabricated floor-slab stone is provided to enable convenient construction, afford superior durability, shield a water vein, and provide high heat conductivity and pleasant environment by coupling an outer frame made of a copper plate with a lattice frame made of a PVC material, and thereafter filling a filling material between the outer frame and the lattice frame. A prefabricated floor-slab stone includes an outer frame(10), a lattice frame(20), and closing paper(40). The outer frame includes a bottom and side plates and is made of a copper plate. An uneven part(11) of a predetermined shape is provided on the lower portion of the outer frame to increase a coupling force with cement mortar which is used to construct the floor of an apartment. The lattice frame is made of a PVC material and has a size enough to be installed in the outer frame. The upper portion of the lattice frame has a lattice shape to have space which communicates with the bottom, and coupling parts(22) are provided on the lower portion of the lattice frame at regular intervals to be fitted into the uneven part of the outer frame. The closing paper comprises Korean paper which is attached to the upper surface of the lattice frame filled with a filling material. |
