A method and a device for scheduling a batch operation through exclusive control are provided to prevent an error of a database batch operation by reducing interference among batch jobs requested from each part, and avoid the interference by setting an exclusive control rule for the database batch operation and scheduling a plurality of batch jobs based on an exclusive control rule. A plurality of client terminals(300) requests a batch job from each batch job subject. A batch job scheduling server(100) defines an exclusive control reference table based on information for the jobs performed by normal batch operations, schedules processes of the batch jobs received from the client terminals on the basis of the exclusive control reference table, and orders a database server(200) to perform the batch jobs according to a schedule. The database server performs the batch jobs in a database according to an order of the batch job scheduling server and operates/manages the database. The batch job scheduling server compares relations among the restricted batch jobs when a processing time is restricted among the batch jobs, stores the restricted batch jobs temporarily to a temporary table when the relation is found, and processes the restricted batch jobs after restriction is solved. |
