APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING REFACTORIES

A manufacturing apparatus of refractories for repairing is provided to manufacture refractories for repairing a blast furnace tap hole with uniform strength and to improve operating efficiency of an operator. A manufacturing apparatus(100) of refractories for repairing a tap hole of a blast furnace comprises: a supporting base(10); a post member(20) projectingly mounted on one side of the supporting base; a mixing member(30) which is rotatably mounted on the post member, and in which mixing refractories to be mixed are stored such that the mixing refractories are rotated and mixed by the mixing member; a receiving part(40) for receiving the mixing refractories mixed by the mixing member; and a pressurization unit(50) for pressurizing the mixing refractories of the receiving part to solidify the mixing refractories into refractories for repairing, wherein the pressurization unit includes: a supporting member projectingly mounted on the supporting base; a slider mounted on a side face of the supporting member such that the slider is liftable and lowerable through a connecting rod(55); and a pressurizing plate mounted on an end part of the slider to pressurize the mixing refractories of the receiving part.
