摘要 According to the invention, a demodulator is provided for demodulating a digitally modulated high frequency signal. Said demodulator has a mixer (2) to which a signal for demodulating S1 and a second signal S2 from a local oscillator (3) are conveyed. A divider (19) divides the output signal of the mixer (2) into a first and a second branch and a delay unit (6) delays the two branches by a predetermined phase (for example, 90 DEG ) in relation to each other. An evaluation unit (7) determines the position of the signal vector corresponding to a modulation based on the delayed and undelayed branch of the output signal of the mixer (2). The phase of the second signal S2 from the local oscillator (3) is modified by a predetermined value at predetermined intervals. The phase of the second signal from the local oscillator (3) may, for example be modified after each bit received, by a value corresponding to the rotation of the signal vector due to the modulation.
