<p>Described is a panel for collecting solar energy which is useful as an element for heating water in conventional electric boilers. It was mainly designed to take advantage of the solar radiation and make more efficient the use of electric boilers. The inventive panel optimally works both in clear and sunny days, achieving a temperature at the inner portion of the boiler of up to 60°C, thus existing restrictions only in cloudy days where the panel efficiency is reduced depending on the current temperature; in case the temperature descends down to freezing points, a thermal protection controlled by a thermostat at low temperatures will be actuated.</p> |
