Disclosed are woven or hydroentangled non-apertured cleaning sheets having non-random recessed and raised regions. Optionally, the sheets can comprise a scrim material or additives to improve adhesion. Also disclosed are cleaning implements comprising a handle and the described non-apertured cleaning sheets. Methods of using the sheets, articles of manufacture having instructions to the product benefits of the non-apertured cleaning sheets, and process of making the sheets are also disclosed.
