PURPOSE: A short bar-shaped fast food and a preparation method thereof are provided, to improve the nutrition, taste and convenience. CONSTITUTION: The short bar-shaped fast food is prepared by cooking mixed rice using 40-70wt% of rice, 10-30 wt% of vegetables and fruits, 10-25 wt% of fish and meat, 0.2-4 wt% of seasonings and 3-8 wt% of oils; making gruel with a viscosity of 2,000-3,500 cp using 20-50 wt% of cereals and 5-25 wt% of vegetables, curry, beef broth, and salt, etc. and cooling the gruel to -2 to 15°C; blending the mixed rice and the gruel in a ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 4; charging the mixture into an edible soft bag with a length of 3-20 mm and a diameter of 1-5 cm; and pasteurizing it in a range of F0 value being 4.0 to 5.5 by known method. |
