PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent the temperature of refrigerant gas absorbed into a compressor from being overheated to improve the compressive efficiency of a cooling and heating device. CONSTITUTION: A first and a fourth valves(8,16) are opened, and a second and a third valves(9,14) are closed as well as an exhaust port(11) of a condenser(2) is exposed to outside in the cooling mode. Refrigerant gas of high temperature and pressure is liquefied in the condenser after a compressor(1) is driven to compress and discharge the refrigerant gas. The liquid refrigerants are introduced into a first high pressure line(6), not into a second one(10). Then, the liquid refrigerants in the first high pressure line lose pressure as the refrigerants are expanded in a first capillary tube(3) to be evaporated in an evaporator(4). Therefore, the cooling is realized by generating cold wind through a fan(19) for the evaporator. |
