An information receiver(605) receives company establishment information, and information of a celebrity sharing stocks of the established company or providing goods sold by an established company from a community member terminal. An information processor(610) posts the company establishment information in the web or transmits the company establishment information to a communication tool of the celebrity. An information storing part(620) stores the company establishment information and the celebrity information to a storage medium(625) by linking with the information of a communication related to the celebrity. An information extractor(615) extracts goods information and the celebrity information from the storage medium.
