A take up spool (32) for receiving a spool of material, the take up spool comprising a spool support (14) having a substantially cylindrical wall (88) having an outer surface defining an opening (94) for receipt of material to be wound onto the spool support. The opening extends along at least part of its length. An attachment member (102) is disposed within the opening and is located radially inwards of the outer surface of the cylindrical wall and is moveable between a first position and in which the material is secured to the support and a second position in which the material can be removed from the take-up spool support. |
