<p>The present invention relates to antibodies and antigen-binding fragments that bind to interleukin-22 binding protein, in particular, human interleukin-22 binding protein (IL-22 BP), and are involved in regulating interleukin-22-associated biological responses. The invention also relates to methods of using the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments to treat disorders associated with interleukin-22. The antibodies disclosed herein are useful in diagnosing, preventing, or treating metabolic disorders including obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hyperinsulinemia etc.</p> |
