A system and a method for issuing a credit card immediately with an NFC(Near Field Communication) terminal are provided to enable a user to receive a new or present credit card easily, and use services with the issued credit card by issuing the credit card immediately to a mobile terminal including an NFC module on the offline network when the mobile terminal downloads an application. A mobile terminal(20) generates a CMK(Card Management Key) by using personal card information, a user PIN(Personal ID Number) and a card issuer management key stored in an RF(Radio Frequency) card(10) communicated through NFC. A card issuer server(300) authenticates a user by validating the CMK, and downloads an application having a function for the RF card to the mobile terminal when the user is authenticated. The mobile terminal and the card issuer server include an algorithm for generating the CMK. The card issuer server generates and stores the CMK by applying the CMK and the user PIN to the algorithm. The mobile terminal generates the CMK from the algorithm when the PIN is received through a keypad of the mobile terminal. |
