<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone system equipped with an inexpensive infrared transmitting-receiving function in which an infrared audio transmitting-receiving signal is used as it is as a rotating angle sensor for detecting a body motion to reduce a cumulative rotating angle error without adding a dedicated new rotating angle sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The headphone system is provided with an infrared transmitter for modulating an audio signal and emitting infrared rays to transmit the signal and an infrared receiver for receiving the output with infrared light receiving elements 1 and 2 to demodulate the output into the audio signal. A headphone 15 is driven by the demodulated audio signal, audio reproduction is performed, light receiving levels of the light receiving elements 1 and 2 are compared and a signal processing means 12 is provided for changing an output audio signal in accordance with the angle by calculating the rotating angle of equipment in which the infrared receiver is mounted in accordance with the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
