Weather seal for junction of chimney with roof

The specification describes a seal for sealing the joins between a surface and a member extending from the surface. The seal has a tapered flexible sleeve with an inner and outer skin. A first aperture is adapted to contact the seal against the exterior of the member via a rib on the inner skin. The rib is able to form a weatherproof seal at any angle the extending member takes.
