The assembly has a handle element (16) fixed to a tubular body (12), and another handle element (18) mounted on the body. A coupling unit converts a pivoting movement of the element (18) to an axial translation movement of a rod linkage (8). The unit has a coupling part (22) pivotingly mounted on the body. The part has a path (30) to guide an axial movement of an end of the linkage, in operational configuration. A path part (34) and the end of the linkage are configured such that a friction between the end and the part blocks the elements in position, when the elements are not actuated.
