An electric fan having a function of adjusting a rotating angle is provided to improve the energy efficiency and cooling performance by blowing air only to a desired area and to set various rotating angles through simple manipulation. An electric fan having a function of adjusting a rotating angle comprises a fan motor(120) generating torque, a fan, a support member, a support(170) and a rotating angle adjusting device(200). The fan is coupled to a motor shaft(124) of the fan motor to generate wind power. The support member is equipped with a manipulation unit for adjusting the rotating speed of the fan motor. The support bears the weight of the fan and the fan motor. The rotating angle adjusting device allows the fan motor to reciprocate using a part of the torque generated by the fan motor. The rotating angle adjusting device includes a rotating angle adjusting unit, a controller, a support block(220), an angle adjusting motor(260), a pinion(280) and a slider(240).
