A heat cutter for foam resin is provided to achieve precise cutting by installing an insulating layer between a heating wire and a support. A heat cutter for foam resin comprises a heat cutting part(1), an insulating layer(2), and a support part(3). The support part has a groove for supporting the heat cutting part and the insulating layer. The heat cutting part is partially installed in the support part. The heat cutting part is made of an electric hot wire, a graphite heating medium heated by power or an induction medium. The heat cutting part has a saw tooth shape. The insulating layer includes inorganic fiber that endures the temperature of the heat cutting part. |
