A permanent magnetic motor with an electric generator is provided to be very economic by outputting stable rotational force and electric energy at the same time. A permanent magnetic motor with an electric generator includes a first rotor(20), a second rotor(30), a generation coil(40), and a protection box(50). The first and second rotors are installed on a power main axis(10) regardless of number. The first and second rotors are arranged to generate repulsive force by facing each other at a predetermined space. A pair of first latches(21,22) and a latch pole(23) are formed at the first rotor. A pair of second latches(31,32) and a latch pole(33) are formed at the second rotor. The generator coil is fixed and arranged along circumferences of two rotors to generate elective motive force by the rotation of two rotors. An electric rotation force controller(45) is mounted to compensate the change of the rotation force due to the load change. The protection box prevents each component from being damaged.
