A device for supplying hot water during a cooling mode or when in pause of an absorption cooling/heating device is provided to supply hot water when the absorption cooling/heating device is in halt by heating an inside of a hot water heat exchanged with a small burner. A device for supplying hot water during a cooling mode or when in pause of an absorption cooling/heating device comprises an absorption liquid bypass pipe(210), a hot water heat exchanger(220), and a small burner(230). The absorption liquid bypass pipe draws some of absorption liquid from a high temperature regenerator and bypasses to the high temperature regenerator. The absorption liquid is usually heated by a heat source in the high temperature regenerator and is sent to a low temperature regenerator. The hot water heat exchanger, integrally formed with an expansion tank(224) to be connected with a hot water inlet(221), a hot water outlet(222), and a hot water passage(223), is installed in the middle of the absorption liquid bypass pipe, transfers heat of the hot water to the absorption liquid flowing in the absorption liquid bypass pipe and discharges the water that has been heat-exchanged to the hot water outlet. The small burner heats an inside of the hot water heat exchanger.
