SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING PAYMENT BY USING PAYMENT VIRTUAL ACCOUNT

A system for processing payment with a virtual payment account is provided to surely and reliably give a beneficiary a fund managed for the beneficiary by a national agency and/or an insurance company through the virtual payment account established for the beneficiary. A virtual account establisher establishes a virtual payment account for a beneficiary using a real name account of a fund manager managing a fund as a mother account, and including a fund payment function and a beneficiary withdrawal/payment function. A payment account register registers the virtual payment account and the real name account of the beneficiary as a payment account of a check card of the beneficiary by including the fund payment function and the beneficiary withdrawal/payment function. An information checker(1810) checks whether the payment account of the check card of the beneficiary is registered to the virtual payment account and the real name account of the beneficiary when the beneficiary performs payment with the check card. A payment processor(1820) processes the payment with the virtual payment account when the remainder of the real name account of the beneficiary is short for the payment.
