A method for processing a taxi fare is provided to enable a passenger holding no credit card to pay the taxi fare in a tax without any cash by enabling a taxi company to process the taxi fare through a wireless taxi fare payment system without installing an expensive payment terminal. Unique taxi number information to be recognized as member shop terminal information for a customer payment tool, taxi driver wireless terminal information, and taxi driver payment account information are linked/stored to a storage medium. Customer wireless terminal information and customer payment account information are linked/stored to the storage medium. The customer wireless terminal information is checked, the customer payment tool information linked with the customer wireless terminal information is checked, and the taxi driver payment account information linked with the unique taxi number information is checked when wireless payment request information including a payment amount corresponding to a taxi fare and the unique taxi number information is received from a customer wireless terminal(630). The payment amount is transferred to a taxi driver account through the customer payment tool. |
