A rotatable input apparatus and a method for assembling the same are provided to input various information by using a wheel, a center button, a first button, and a second button. A rotatable input apparatus includes a wheel(160), a wheel fixing member(180), and a circuit board(220). The wheel is rotated by an external force and inputs information. The wheel has an insertion groove of a circular shape, and a plurality of hanging protrusions. The wheel fixing member is inserted into the insertion groove, and is stopped by a stopping protrusion. The fixing member fixes the wheel rotatably. The wheel fixing member has a wheel fixing protrusion. The wheel fixing protrusion is inserted into the circuit board, and is fixed on the circuit board. The stopping protrusion is formed to be coupled to the insertion groove. A slant pushing tip is formed on an end of the stopping protrusion.
