A method for washing polished rice by using ceramic-treated water and micro dissolved-oxygen, and the polished rice are provided to enhance the taste and appearance of polished rice and the activity of rice ingredients in a cooking process. A method for washing polished rice by using ceramic-treated water and micro dissolved-oxygen comprises the steps of: (i) mixing the treated water activated by ceramic and water with increased micro dissolved-oxygen content in the same ratio, soaking polished rice in the mixed water at room temperature for 5~10min, and dehydrating the soaked polished rice; (ii) firstly washing the dehydrated polished rice by using treated water activated by ceramic, and firstly cold-air drying; and (iii) secondly washing the firstly dried polished rice by using water with increased micro dissolved-oxygen content, and secondly cold-air drying. The treated water activated by ceramic is obtained by treating water with a water activating device at a flow velocity of 10m/sec for 5~30min one time, while the water with increased micro dissolved-oxygen content is obtained by treating water with a micro bubble generator at a flow velocity of 30m/sec for 5~30min one time. |
