A method for manufacturing pearled paper is provided to coat a thin pearl film on a surface of paper, thereby reducing the consumption of the pearl and producing paper having beautiful colors. Paper is supplied during a paper-supplying process. The paper is passed through a plurality of rollers during a paper-stretching process so that the paper is stretched. As the result, the paper is hardly shrunk and bent. The stretched paper is passed through between rollers, on which pearl is coated, during a pearl coating process, so that the paper is coated with pearl. The pearl-coated paper is passed through heated rollers during a drying process so that the paper is dried. A surface of the paper is compressed during a calendaring process so that the surface of the paper is smoothened. The processed paper is cut and then packed during a finishing process. |
