The device (2) has a radiant heater with a shape (3A), capturing a trace of a shell, heated at a temperature of 700 to 1000 degree centigrade to transform the shape into a radiant heater in long infrared. The shape has an emissive surface that is placed at less distance from a side of a thin shell (1) to be heated in the order of 1 to 5 centimeters. The shape is obtained by shaping a woven metallic trellis manually or by deformation against a counter-shape.
