An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device is provided to suppress image sticking due to efficiency reduction of an OLED element by adjusting amounts of a current delivered to the OLED element. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device includes first, second, and third switching elements(S1,S2,S3), a driving transistor(M1), first and second capacitors(C1,C2), and an OLED element. The first switching element, whose control terminal is connected electrically to a scan line, is connected electrically between a data line and a first power voltage line. The driving transistor is connected electrically between first and second power voltage lines. The second switching element, whose control terminal is connected electrically to an illumination control line, is connected electrically between the first power voltage line and the driving transistor. The third switching element, whose control terminal is connected electrically to the scan line, is connected electrically between the second switching element and the driving transistor. The first capacitor is connected electrically between the first power voltage line and the control terminal of the driving transistor. The second capacitor is connected electrically between the first capacitor and the second switching element. The OLED element is connected electrically between the driving transistor and the second power voltage line.
