A hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer and a sterilizing method using the same are provided to more effectively sterilize the inside of a target object having a limited spread region through the application of vapor hydrogen peroxide. A hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer comprises: a reactor(10) in which a target object is placed; a vacuum pump(14) for maintaining the reactor in vacuum state; a hydrogen peroxide supply source(42) disposed on the outside of the reactor; a hydrogen peroxide evaporator(40) disposed on the inner wall of the reactor; a heater(18) disposed on the inner or outer wall of the reactor, for maintaining an internal temperature of the reactor at a certain level; and a pressure release unit constituted by a filter(46) for filtering gas, a pressure release valve(45), and a hot wind blower for heating gas that flows into the filter.
