#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves emitting a source i.e. laser, of an electromagnetic radiation e.g. monochromatic radiation, by sources of an infrared radiation at a wavelength or in a spectrum of wavelength. The wavelength of the infrared radiation or spectrum of the wavelength are selected from one of the following ranges between 1110-1160 nanometer, 1390-1450 nanometer, 1610-1650 nanometer, 1675-1700 nanometer, 1880-2100 nanometer and 2170-2230 nanometer. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for heating a thermoplastic material by using a source i.e. laser, of an electromagnetic radiation, for heating a draft to fabricate a container e.g. case and bottle, for heating a sheet or plate to fabricate object by thermoforming (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits improving of the versatility of heating in order to improve the heating time, homogeneity of heating and energy efficiency for a range of different materials. |
