PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of walnut containing rice by dissolving walnut powder in water and adding it to rice. Therefore, the rice has walnut components beneficial to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of walnut containing rice is characterized by dissolving walnut powder in water; coating or impregnating rice with the dissolution while polishing using a wet polisher; and drying the rice. |
