An ophthalmologic photographing apparatus is provided to miniaturize and simplify an illumination optical system without an additional optical member for conversion between observation light illumination and photographing light illumination. An ophthalmologic photographing apparatus includes a light source(15), an illumination optical system, an imaging optical system, and a control unit(21). The light source includes at least one first light emitting device and at least one second light emitting device. The illumination optical system illuminates a fundus of a subject's eye through light emitted from the light source. The imaging optical system forms a fundus image through light reflected from the fundus of the subject's eye illuminated by the illumination optical system. The control unit controls the light source so that the light emitted from the light source has different wavelengths between when the fundus image is observed without obtaining an image and when the fundus image is obtained as an image.
