Elementary blocks (5, 105) are made of a self-occluding material that can be pierced by the needle, where each block has an outer face oriented towards exterior of a housing (2). An inner face is oriented towards interior of the chamber. A lateral face joins the outer face to the inner face, and the blocks are arranged side by side so as to present a portion of the respective lateral faces opposite each other. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an implantable fluid injecting and sampling device for injecting and/or sampling fluid substance in a human or animal organism. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Implantable device for sampling and injecting fluid in skin of a human or animal patient, for forming access point permitting to transfer substance from or towards blood circulation network, tissue of a unit or inflatable implant e.g. air bladder or constriction ring, for injecting medicines, for forming vein or artificial artery for injecting therapeutic substances, and for blood test.
