<p>A method and an apparatus for suppressing noise coupling are provided to enhance reception sensitivity of a T-DMB(Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) by reducing generation of coupling noise of a baseband chip die and a wireless chip die. A pattern forming process is performed to form a pattern on a position opposite to a non-adjacent position between a clock signal pattern(525,560) and a wireless signal pattern(520,555) of a wireless chip on a package circuit substrate(500,535). A baseband chip die(505,540) including a bonding wire(515,550) connected to the clock signal pattern is mounted on the package circuit substrate. A wireless chip die(510,545) including the bonding wire connected to the wireless signal pattern is mounted on the baseband chip die.</p> |
