A flat panel display is provided to prevent short between pads on a substrate and prevent excessive transformation or damage of a partial area of a connection unit, thereby improving a production yield and reliability. A pixel unit(320) is formed on a substrate(310). A data pad(350a) and a scan pad(350b) are disposed on the substrate and electrically connected with the pixel unit to transmit a driving signal. A connection unit(410) includes leads(450) in its one side. The leads are electrically connected with the data pad and the scan pad. Lead lines(425) include one or more bent parts in a part disposed in a partial area of the connection unit adjacent to the leads. |
