<p>The assembly (1) has a spatulation device (2) co-operating with a spatulation bolus (3) constituting a dose, prepared for usage, containing alginate powder in an appropriate quantity, where the dose is discarded after usage. The spatulation bolus is constituted of an enclosure formed by a peripheral wall opened towards the top. A central hole has an oblique slope permitting provoking of a jet directed towards the peripheral wall during injection of water.</p>
