An apparatus for diagnosing droop of an upper structure of a bridge is provided to secure safety of the bridge by easily and conveniently checking drooping displacement of the bridge. An apparatus for diagnosing droop of an upper structure of a bridge includes an internal fixed frame(10), an external lift frame(20), upper structure diagnosing frames(30a), a girder diagnosing frame(40), and an administrator terminal. The internal fixed frame is fixed on the center of a post of the bridge. The external lift frame is fixed on the upper exterior of the internal fixed frame and is contacted and fixed to the lower surface of the upper structure of the bridge. The upper structure diagnosing frames are positioned between the internal fixed frame and the external lift frame to diagnose droop of the upper structure. The girder diagnosing frame diagnoses droop of girders of the bridge. The administrator terminal is connected to the upper structure diagnosing frames and the girder diagnosing frame for receiving diagnosis data.
