PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the amount of water cannot be changed over when a pipe device for sprinkling a small amount of water is used as it is for sprinkling a great amount of water in a short time to quickly impregnate a long flow-down face with the water and then supplying a small amount of water required to keep the flow-down face in the water impregnated condition. SOLUTION: The pipe device comprises a water supply pipe, an installation hole having an inner screw and located in the lower side wall of the pipe, a rod valve body 7 having an outer screw for engaging with the inner screw of the installation hole and adapted to be screwed and inserted through the installation hole into the pipe, a discharge channel 8 having a great passage cross section, and passing from the end on the lower side exposed outside the pipe to the end on the upper side inserted into the upper part of the pipe along the axis of the valve body for discharging a great amount of water during supplying the water with pressure, and a side face orifice 9 having a smaller passage cross section than the discharge channel, opened to the side face over the end on the lower side of the valve body, and conducted with the discharge channel out of which a small amount of water flows during supplying the water with static pressure. The side orifice is repositioned relative to the pipe wall with the rotating operation of the valve body to adjust the flow amount of fluid while changing the opening cross section of the side face orifice inside the pipe.
