PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at preventing a retainer from causing seizure in a rolling bearing arrangement. SOLUTION: In the rolling bearing arrangement which relatively rotatably supports a shaft body around inner periphery of a housing via a rolling bearing including an inner ring, an outer ring and a plurality of rolling elements which are interposed between the inner and outer rings and are retained by the retainer and which forcedly performs lubrication for the rolling bearing by lubricating oil which is supplied from a bearing exterior to a bearing interior via the inner ring side, the retainer 6 is provided with a pocket 12 which houses the rolling elements 19 while at the same time forms on the inner peripheral surface of the retainer 6 conical surface 14 which decreases diameter in the circumference of the pocket 12 toward the pocket 12 with the inner peripheral surface being cylindrical surface 13 parallel to axis of a bearing 3.
