PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sort sheets and output the sheets to a plurality of bundles in an off-line. SOLUTION: When a first sheet bundle accumulated on a first paper feeding tray 20A is fed by a paper feeding roller, the number of sheets in the first sheet bundle are measured by a counter and the measured value is memorized in RAM 203. Subsequently, when a second sheet bundle accumulated on the first paper feeding tray 20A is fed by the paper feeding roller, when the number of sheets measured by the counter reaches to the same number as the first sheet bundle memorized in the RAM 203, the fed sheets of the second sheet bundle are sorted as one bundle.
