PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth wrapper type bag which is easier to wrap things than a normal cloth wrapper, being turned into a bag with a handle only by engaging a button and a snap, while being folded small into a handkerchief or a ceremonial crepe cloth. SOLUTION: This cloth wrapper type bag is made out of a cloth wrapper with a part being subjected to processing so that (1) it becomes easier to wrap things, (2) it is turned into a cloth wrapper type bag with a handle by engaging the button and the snap 2, and (3) it is turned into a handkerchief or ceremonial crepe cloth by engaging the snap 3.
