PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit moment load to an extension portion which extends in a central portion direction in a vehicle fore and aft direction when load is input in a central portion in a vehicle width direction in a bumper reinforcement structure and the moment load with a vehicle vertical direction axis centered is caused. SOLUTION: A plurality of protruding portions 14 of which cross section shape becomes protruding shape in a direction apart from the vehicle central portion CL in the vehicle front/rear direction are provided at several positions in the vehicle vertical direction. The protruding parts 14 are joint with vertical wall parts 16 on the vehicle central part side CL respectively, and extend in the vehicle width direction including a range of a crush box 12 (extension part) which extends in the vehicle central part CL direction, thus increasing entire plastic moment with the vehicle vertical direction axis Y centered.
