PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component assembling structure capable of preventing a clip or an engagement hole edge from being broken, easily detaching an assembling resin component from an assembled resin component, and eliminating any play or large space in an assembled state. SOLUTION: A first engagement hole 31 is formed on one end side of an instrument panel body 3. A pair of slits 35 are formed continuous to the first engagement hole 31 on both ends of the first engagement hole 31. A flexible tongue piece 37 is formed in an area between the slits 35. A flexible engagement claw 23 is projected on one end side of a back side of a speaker panel 21, and a projecting piece 45 is projected on the engagement claw 23 side with a space from the engagement claw 23. While the speaker panel 21 is assembled to the instrument panel body 3, the projecting piece 45 presses a fore end edge of the tongue piece 37 to deflect the tongue piece 37, and the tongue piece is urged to the counter tongue piece 37 side by its reaction force and pressed against the edge on the counter tongue piece 37 side of the first engagement hole 31.
