PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple-folded sealed letter in which a candidate for an examination can correspond to an examinee's seat number for the examination to an answer sheet with no doubt about that and can send an admission ticket to the candidate for the examination from a test participant while the admission ticket to the examination remains in the concealing property as it is, and, further, provides the photograph of a face prevented from separated from the admission ticket to the examination. SOLUTION: The form of the admission ticket to the examination includes an A surface, a B surface, and a C surface sequentially connected, wherein the B surface is printed with the name and the photograph of the face of the candidate for the examination and, further, a seal on which the bar code of the examination seat number is printed is provided releasably, and the respective surfaces are folded in a Z-letter state and formed so that the B surface is hidden.
