PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine wherein the savor of a game is improved by positively utilizing the action of a probability variation function in the game machine provided with the probability variation function. SOLUTION: The game machine 1 includes: random number extraction means 48 for extracting a random number for drawing from the random numbers of a prescribed range; table storage means 331 for storing a normal winning random number table for specifying normal winning random numbers and a probability variable winning random number table for specifying all of the normal winning random numbers and probability variable wining random numbers limited to a probability variable state; internal drawing means 42 for deciding whether or not it is winning or non-winning by collating the random number for drawing with the normal winning random number table or the probability variable winning random number table; special game state generation means 432 for generating a special game state when the internal drawing means 42 decides that it is the winning; and privilege imparting means 44 for imparting different privileges in the case that the random number extraction means 48 extracts the normal winning random number and in the case that it extracts the probability variable winning random number in the probability variable state.
