A mounting and adjustment device for an optical observation system includes at least one optical observation instrument and a pedestal, and at least one element integrally associable with said optical observation instrument and at least one element integrally associable with the pedestal. The at least one element is also integrally associable with the optical observation instrument and the at least one element integrally associable with the pedestal is operatively connected in a pivoting manner to at least one pivoting fulcrum and is pivotable around pivoting axes positioned transversely with respect to one another. The device additionally comprising adjustment bodies for the operation of the pivoting.
