<p>Disclosed is an amorphous alloy having good soft magnetic characteristics. Specifically disclosed is an Fe-based amorphous alloy having excellent soft magnetic characteristics, which is characterized by consisting of, in atomic %, not less than 78% but not more than 86% of Fe, not less than 6% but not more than 20% of P, not less than 2% but not more than 10% of C, not less than 0.1% but not more than 5% of one or both of Si and Al in total, and the balance of inevitable impurities. Incidentally, a part or all of P or C may be substituted by not less than 1% but not more than 18% of B, if necessary.</p> |
