An apparatus for adjusting a lighting direction is provided to adjust an illumination direction of a lamp irrespective of an installation direction and an installation place after installing the lamp by removing a dead angle of the illumination of the light. An apparatus for adjusting a lighting direction includes a rotating body(20), a receiving body(30), a fixing cover(40), and a couple of shielding walls(60). The rotating body has a spherical shape. The receiving body has a groove of a spherical shape for receiving the rotating body of the spherical shape. The fixing cover couples the rotating body to the receiving body, and fixes and maintains the coupling state of the rotating body and the receiving body. The shielding walls are formed inside the receiving body so that rainwater permeated into the inside of the receiving body does not flow on a power cable installed on the inside of the receiving body.
